East Coast Paddle has combined traditional training and Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP). SUP challenges many components of fitness – balance, strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility, and core stability. The best part of working out on a SUP is you’re on the water and not pounding the pavement or locked in a gym.
The cardiovascular benefits of SUP Training are obvious but the core workout has even greater benefits.
